Pontypridd to LLandaff, 13 miles mostly along old tramways often looking down across the Taff valley. I took the high trail to Castell Coch, one of the little wonders of Wales, which added a little extra distance … and lot extra climbing! Now at 44 miles in total and easy running from now on (famous last words?).
