Llandaff to Cardiff Pierhead and the stone marking the stort/end of the Taff Trail, 4.2 miles through Gabalfa Woods, Sophia Gardens and then past the Millennium Stadium along the West bank of the Taff as far as Pierhead.

From there around the Cardiff Bay Trail, 6 miles through Hamadryad Park, through the Internatiional Sport Village and then across the Ely down to the Barrage and then back to end at the Senedd.

Total of 10.2 miles for the day.
