Page numbers are for draft copy at present; they will be replaced with correct numbers when final book is formatted. Chapter numbers are correct and will not change now.
Ambiguity at a pragmatic level in NLP is about the meaning of an utterance in context. For exmaple "it is cold" might be a statement about the temeperature or a request to close the door.
