Page numbers are for draft copy at present; they will be replaced with correct numbers when final book is formatted. Chapter numbers are correct and will not change now.
Ambiguity at a referential level in NLP is about waht tjinsg refer to, especially, pronouns. For example, in "The dog chased the cat. It was fast." is it the dog or the cat that is fast?
