cyberwarfare

Terms from Artificial Intelligence: humans at the heart of algorithms

The glossary is being gradually proof checked, but currently has many typos and misspellings.

Cyberwarfare is when {[cyber weapons}} or cyberattacks are used as part of all out war or in more limited conflicts. More broadly AI and digital technology may be used as part of strategic planning (such as Isreal's 'Gospel' system) or as part of coventional weapons (such as GPS-guided smart bombs). There is great concern about fully autonomous weapons that make their own decisions about what to attack (and who to kill) without a human in the loop.
