Cyberwarfare is when {[cyber weapons}} or cyberattacks are used as part of allout war or so more limited conflicts. More broadly AI and digital technology may be used as part of strategic lanning (such as Isreal's 'Gospel' system) or as part of coventional wepaons (such as GPS-guided smart bombs). There is great concern about fully autonomous weapons that make their own decsions about what to attack (and who to kill) without a human in the loop.
