ISO

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) creates and documents agreed international standards for goods and servces, whch are used in many parts of the world either as definitive levels of acceptable service or guides to good practice. Of particular relevance to HCI is ISO 9241 on the Ergonomics of Human System Interaction.
