Smalltalk

Terms from Human Computer Interaction the Basics

The glossary is in progress.

Smalltalk was an early and highly influential object-oriented language. The programming language was deeply integrated with its development environment and the interface to this embodied many graphical user interface (GUI) features that were later found in the Xerox Star and almost all modern user interfaces. It was also where the highly influential MVC (model-view-controller) user interface architecture was developed.
